Since 2016, RDM Pizza has been building on its Italian-Australian heritage to become Australia’s market leader in authentic pizza products, from our award-winning dough, to the highest quality pizza ovens to speciality products we’ve developed to satisfy gaps in the market. As market leader, RDM Pizza has instituted many firsts in snap frozen dough, manufacturing, packaging and training. We know pizza.

Making pizza is truly an art. We hope to inspire our partners and customers in the art of pizza making.

Uniquely, pizza, particularly dough, is not delivered as a finished product; and the skills and training of the chef can make a difference. Our aim is to help you understand and perfect the art of pizza.

Our expert team offer in-depth training of our products on-site to fit within your schedule, as a complementary service if you are a new or an existing RDM Pizza customer. Our team are also able to retrain, when necessary, as well as provide you with valuable knowledge and assets on how we can maximise your profits in your kitchen.

Our training is comprehensive, practical and hands-on and we ensure that all staff involved are comfortable and capable with RDM products. We include knowledge and pizza basics as well as methods of opening and stretching the dough as well as how to troubleshoot, best practice, and optimal oven temperatures to ensure maximum output. We can also demonstrate various techniques to take advantage of the versatility of the dough, for example how to make various menu items including panzerotti and pizza fritta.

We can work with staff that have no experience in pizza or work with experienced chefs to refine techniques, demonstrate versatility of the products and assist with maximising output and margins.

Venues know that this training is invaluable to their business, and we will continue to offer training to your staff and venue, free of charge, for as long as you are an RDM Pizza customer. It’s part of our values to ensure that everyone is equipped with knowledge and skills to become a leading pizza destination.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much Frank and Riccardo for travelling down to see us today. The time spent with you today has reignited my faith in our pizza section and team! From here on in, I’ll be making the pizza room my baby. I’ve been in the kitchen this whole time and had very little to do with the hands-on side of pizza, but since moving over to RDM and seeing what the products are capable of…I’ll be sure to take lead of that room and make sure all our staff understand. We truly are so incredibly grateful for the time you gave up to help and train us today. In this day and age, there’s really not many companies that give away their time and for that we are so grateful!

We came into hospitality greener than you could have imagined, but we were deadest on giving it everything we had and persevered through our first year whilst we battled the covid set-backs…and it’s businesses like RDM that make it all worthwhile.
