Show them the love! RDM Pizza-style!
Show them the love this valentines day with heart-shaped pizza made with RDM dough balls. Perfect for menus featuring pizza on Valentines day or for making at home for loved ones. Kids will also love making this with you!
Ingredients
· RDM Pizza dough ball (1 dough ball for every pizza you’re making)
· Pizza sauce (we recommend Mutti pizza sauce)
· Cheese (we recommend stella mozzarella but you could use Fior di latte)
· Your favourite toppings…something they love! If using salami, you could even cut heart shapes into the ingredients.
Instructions
1. Stretch out the RDM pizza dough. You can open and stretch out using any method you like and shape into a circle.
2. Pinch and pull a ‘point’ in the bottom part of the circle. This is forming the ‘point’ part of the heart.
3. Using your finger, push down the top middle part of the circle and push or drag it towards the centre of the pizza base to form the ‘dip’ part of the heart. You can shape and pull the dough a little bit to form the correct ‘heart-shape’ that you want.
4. Top with the sauce, cheese and your favourite toppings and cook for 3 minutes at 300 degrees.
