Each square base allows chefs to create the perfect grazing spreads and canapes for functions and perfect for ‘Pizza al Taglio’ or pizza by the slice! RDM’s Square Par-Baked Pizza Bases offer a cost effective, no wastage and innovative menu offering. Any kitchen can now add squares together and form a metre (or longer!) pizza for their menus and customers without the need for a pizzaiolo. Cooking time: 30 seconds to 3 minutes dependent on cooking method and desired outcome
Cooking methods: pizza ovens, pizza stones, conveyor ovens, rational ovens, sandwich press, deck ovens, wood-fired ovens.
Thawing time: Frozen product, 12 months freezer life. 20-45 minutes. Must be kept refrigerated after defrosting (7 days).
