Our sincere thanks to the FSAA panel for recognising our commitment and contributions to the Foodservice Industry. It is so truly rewarding to see our humble brand acknowledged on such a nationally respected platform and win or not, we are so incredibly proud and grateful of what our brand continues to achieve and provide to the industry that we love so much.

Our submission was based on our Grab & Go Pizzetti. As a company, we pride ourselves on offering genuine innovation to the sector that improves their business and their lives. Since our inception in 2016, RDM Pizza has been building on its Italian-Australian heritage to become a market leader in authentic pizza products. From our award-winning dough to the highest quality pizza ovens, to speciality products we’ve developed to satisfy gaps in the market. We are passionate at our core. Lovingly made, all our pizza products are made by hand in our Sydney factory using ethically sourced, premium Aussie ingredients to our authentic family recipe.

The pizzetti range was designed to offer the ultimate convenience to our customers, saving them time and money in their kitchens. With quick cook times maximising output, premium quality, innovation for attracting new customers, retaining, and exciting existing customers and adding incremental sales growth. We have found time and time again, that our customers are willing to spend more on higher quality, better-for-you, delicious offerings.

An end-to-end solution for customers, they simply need to heat and serve. They can even be heated in the packaging and kept in a warmer for up to three hours making it perfect for convenience and route and school canteens. Cooking methods also include anything from a combi oven to air-fryer.

The range was also designed with health and sustainability in mind. Using only high quality fresh ingredients (not dried), whole milk mozzarella, traditional Pizza Sauce and 100% high protein Australian flour, the Pizzetti offer a three-star health rating. We pride ourselves on not using any preservatives or additives in any of our pizza bases or other dough products and are batch-made. We’ve made sure all our packaging is sustainable and 100% recyclable, minimising impact on the environment. They are also all locally made in Sydney.

The winner of the Innovation Awards will be announced at the 2023 Foodservice Suppliers Association of Australia (FSAA) Awards of Excellence.
